New Patients and the Initial Visit
Jersey Ridge Dental welcomes all new patients. The majority of new patients come to our office from referrals of family, friends and acquaintances of existing patients. The initial appointment is based on the needs of the patient.
Patients New to the Office
New patients without immediate concerns will be scheduled with one of our hygienists for a cleaning and necessary radiographs. Following the cleaning, one of our dentists will perform a thorough examination and recommend a course of treatment. It is important to have a complete initial exam and maintain regular check-ups and cleanings in order to establish, and keep good oral health.
Patients Who Need Immediate Care for an Existing Problem or Pain
Patients who have a specific problem (pain, swelling, broken tooth, etc.) will be scheduled with one of our dentists for treatment of the specific concern. After initial care, the patient will be scheduled with one of our hygienists for a cleaning and necessary x-rays. At that time, the dentist will perform a complete examination.
